History: The child of a Ploughman, who enjoyed hunting, Bernard was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bernard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Jeweler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. He has taken up work as a Fortune-teller and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family; and sabotage a competitor

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Mercenary mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
