Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A middle-aged man, he sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, and is pretty ugly. He wears his blonde hair down. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and a deep hatred of dire rats

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Lance abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is greedy; and many brigands want him driven away
