History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Gerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and balancing his hectic life and new gardener responsibilities is difficult

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
