Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He wears an entirely brown suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Map Maker business.

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Lance was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is a Guard first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult.

Description: An older man who is renowned for his bright red suits and hats, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is blonde and curly. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Voice: Speaks fast with a slight lisp

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has moderate length auburn hair. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a scythe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he's repulsed by the pc
