History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Theobald was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Theobald's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ernest was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
