History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Bertram was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bricklayer responsibilities is difficult.
