History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Percival was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Arnold alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Through the years after Miles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Miles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
