Description: An older man who is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is long and unkept. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gerard took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears skinny pants and wears a green and yellow robe with the hood down. He has blonde hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Kyle enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.
History: Frederick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He has achieved small success as a Unemployed.
