History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. A true patriot, Hunter would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. When Hunter reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carpenter. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Heward is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fortune-teller born in the past three hundred years. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
