Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the east to a Sage, Richard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
