Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Henry and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
