Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Mortician father left him crippled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
