History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Gerald was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
