Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This man has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his tan robe. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He wears his white hair up. He has blue eyes and a grey hat with a tan feather.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull white iron scale mail, marred by sweets. His head has been shaved. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Adelard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Adelard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His ears are large.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.
