Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a fancy black suit. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his father's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears dull green sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed morningstar, just in case. He wears a colorful flower in his blonde hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Locksmith and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'4". He wears a white armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down, and his gloved hand is found clutching a whip. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. He has brown eyes and a white hat with a black feather.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Alexandre was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Alexandre decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a greataxe on his belt, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: He wears a blue costume with the symbols of magic on his torso, and carries greatswords. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Rolf enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Rolf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
