History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Tim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and regain custody of his son
