Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Roger was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Roger's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born in the east to a Mayor, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.
