History: Born to a Roofer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He tends to his Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Reynard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He very much looks the part of a Bather. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bather. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Gifted from a young age, Richard studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He became a Jeweler soon after.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Tim hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
