History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Heward reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Diggory was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Alex will drive conversation. Alex is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Alex was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barber. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well
