Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Manfred was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mason. He has taken up work as a Mason and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He stands about 6'4" and prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is a Bather first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Norman was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Norman decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Arnold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
