History: Guy lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'0". He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull brown iron scale mail. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired him part-time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and revenge

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has never given up on his painting dream.
