History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Adelard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
