History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
