Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a yellow coat. His hair is short and blonde. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born into a rich family. His first spouse was a Body Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and is pretty ugly. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. He is baby faced.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man is dressed in an above average manner. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has gray eyes.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Manfred lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Bookbinder and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and balancing his hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult
