Description: He is lean but muscular and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has no hair. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Raymond was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To protect his home; and he is greedy

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has brown eyes and a black hat with a tan feather.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Trey liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears violet leather gloves, a violet jacket, and tight pants. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: William was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Bernard was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. His green eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker brown hat.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing his hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult
