Bertram fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Charles was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
