History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Reynard's homeland. Reynard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
