Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by drow. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
