The war was a terrible time for him, and Ralf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world.
