Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He takes great joy in being the best Fortune-teller in town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a grey shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and brown pants. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Trey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and regain custody of his son

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Hugh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hugh's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his writing dream.
