Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His head has been shaved. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: Dean lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gilbert isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He is portly but not overly obese. His auburn hair is long and unkept. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. John was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. John decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
