Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Gerard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gerard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
