History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Layabout who has hired him part-time. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born to a Roofer, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Roofer, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Born to a Painter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Nicholas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nicholas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and to reunite with his absent mother
