History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a mace on his belt. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Nicholas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicholas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Servant, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he's looking for his big break

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
