Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Charles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
