History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Manfred took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: 6'0" and muscular, this northern man wears a black cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His red hair is cut short. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. One day when Conrad was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Conrad was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by unlife.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He has worked as a Navigator like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
