History: Born in the east to a Jeweler, Anselm learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Anselm was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Anselm decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Justin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bellfounder for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new bellfounder responsibilities is difficult

Description: This younger middle-aged man is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in spear use. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
