He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Jocelyn was born with his father's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Description: 6'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a simple green robe with pastel stripes complete with hood. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Cook arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and doesn't want to be a cook and was forced into it by his family
