History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Ruler soon after.
