Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He tends to wear a large black jacket, and carries spears. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Hugh was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hugh decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Slave Trader kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Sellsword; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Ernest learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. He has moderate length silver hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gomory embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Gomory was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Gomory took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Gomory and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to protect his home

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
