History: Gerald was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Conrad hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.
