History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Miles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken from his home at a very young age. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
