History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Norman's homeland. Norman decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his religion dominates his actions

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mortician and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his brother

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A freak accident while working with his Sellsword father left him crippled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new barkeep responsibilities is difficult
