History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Percival was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Percival decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Percival managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Lance is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his father's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is a Mayor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born in the west. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Everard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: To be a Spy again.
