History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
