Description: He is a husky man, who wears a green tunic with grey highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has a very tight haircut. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Roland was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roland grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roland. Being a Assassin kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
