History: He got into the Dilettante business at a young age. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Alexandre alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Alexandre and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Revenge.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
