Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: He tends to wear a large blue jacket. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and a deep hatred of gnolls

His hair is long and auburn with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Conrad was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Glassblower. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Locksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a bookbinder again
