History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Adelard was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and to be a barber again

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bounty Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bounty Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bounty Hunter.
