His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Balimaar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Engraver soon after.
